In one week, we will be in 2017. ONE WEEK.
Where did time go? I seems like just last year, I was furiously packing boxes in preparation for the move to our new house.
My 2016 had some serious highs, but some pretty bad lows too. The lows definitely weigh more than the highs, so I’ve been struggling more and more recently.
In an effort to get my life out of the sad trench it seems to be in lately, I’ve created a nifty little list. My #17for17. I’m identifying 17 items I want to accomplish in 2017. Some are life related, some are quilting related, some are home related. But it’s 17 obtainable things I hope to cross off the list by December 31, 2017.
I invite you to join me, and I’ve made a quick little printable to write your #17for17 list down.
Put this somewhere you see it often. In the front of your planner, on the fridge, taped to the bathroom mirror, or another area that works best for you.
Be sure to include obtainable goals. Some of the things I’ve listed, I know I will accomplish, because I have to, but that helps with the morale of finishing the others.
Here’s my list, so I can be held publicly accountable. Of note, my quilting UFO list is below my #17for17, and damn it’s longer than I thought.
I wish you the best of luck in accomplishing your list, so let’s hold each other accountable by tagging in-progress and completed tasks with #17for17! That way we can share the love and enjoy what others are finishing.
Merry Christmas and Happy 2017 yall!
